We adored the setting on the side of Lake Michigan, the decor was lovely.

Good location close to Golden Mile and Navy Pier. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Gorgeous lobby with free WiFi.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly, helping us during the stay. location was in a perfect location. Also when we needed a wheelchair for my daughter they lent it to us without problem.

Loved the location and the incredible view of the Pier and the lake. The lobby is fabulous. The room’s aesthetic was wonderful. Friendly staff, as well!

The location was key for our trip. We were visiting both the city and family. Once we parked our rental car we barely used it as everything was very walkable for us NYC folk.

the location was great! food for breakfast and throughout the day were great as well. staff at current in the morning and bartenders later all extremely friendly and inviting.

The hotel was beautiful and up to date. Very clean and close to the lake and Navy Pier. I chose this hotel because it was close to a lot of great attractions that were in walking distance. Also the bar was nice and the food there was really good.

I LOVED the room. It was on the 28th floor and had a beautiful view of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier ( your have to book a room with a lake view to get this).Lighting in the room was great both in and out of the bathroom. Very spacious, modern and clean, They gave me all of the accommodations i was looking for and were able to bring a fridge and microwave to my room per my request. Worth the money spent for sure. Will be going back and will probably ask for the same room when i do!

Wonderful hotel. Chouldnt ask for a better location. My wife and I could walk to all the main spots downtown and a quick uber ride to neighborhoods. We stay on the city view side and it was beautiful view of downtown. The bar and lobby were a happening. Drinks, and food were expensive but was isn't in Chicago. Price wise was great, if your staying off season, I can't say in the summer. We would stay again for sure.
